Decision News Media fought off stiff competition to become one of only 10 companies short listed for the prestigious Dell Award Prix de l'Excellence PME 2008.
Awarded to small and medium sized companies, with fewer than 100 employees, the accolade celebrates innovation in communications technology. The 10 finalists were chosen for their ability to innovate, said Stephane Huet, marketing director of Dell Small Medium Enterprises, France. Companies were judged on the extent to which they use innovative business tools and the impact these have on their customers and internal management structures.
The award, staged in France for the first time this year, has been organized in partnership with the General Confederation of Small Business Employees.
